Especially when we all piled in Daisy’s car and followed Haidee’s car…before we realized she didn’t know where she was going either and we kept doing sing-alongs this is what it means to be young guys screw grammar and the fact that this is a really long run-on sentence I’m in a spectacularly good mood right now we should do this again.

LOL It wasn’t that interesting. I just had a lot of cool friends who I could creep on hang out with! They were the reason why I had a good time~

Prom 2012!

So, I actually went to prom this year. It was my senior year and I felt more than a little obligated to go. |D

Prom took place at the Cerritos Performing Arts Center, and the theme was the Roaring Twenties.

The very amazing (and violent LOL) Laura was my date.

Noteworthy Things:

• Haidee and Jamie spent two hours curling my hair. [But, because I refused to use hairspray, by the time I got to prom, my hair wasn’t really curly anymore LOL.]
• I got to (sort of) cuddle with Daisy at the photo place! And, I almost got to lie on her lap too! [And, later in the night, I got to hold hands with her on the dance floor!] /DOKIDOKIDOKI :D
• Jamie, Alisa, and Leslie were all so cute. I just wanted to take them all home with me. ;w;
• Half of my night consisted of playing The World Ends With You on my DS. (I am so glad I brought it. XD)
• I actually danced! [Of course, it was in the jazz room—the “clean” dance floor. |D] Who can possibly resist such nice swing music played by a live band? (I was really bad though LOL, but oh well~)
• I wore Haidee’s corsage the entire night! Even after Daisy, Jamie, and Haidee herself all took it off! I’m so hardcore~!
• Around the end of the night, while dancing with Laura, I broke the heel of one of my shoes. It was very funny. LOL.

Sad Things:

• I ate too much at Olive Garden, so I didn’t get to enjoy the prom food as much as I wish I could have. :(
• I wish I could have spent more time with Alisa, Samantha, and Drew! I hung out with Jamie, Daisy, Leslie, Laura, and Jennifer mostly, and Alisa/Samantha had boys for dates so… /MORE SADFACE
• I got strawberry juice on my dress! It wasn’t that big a stain or anything, just a drop or two, but since my dress is white… I’m afraid it won’t wash out properly. :’(

Awkward/LOL-worthy Things:

• While we were recording for a flipbook, Laura kept continuously pushing me off-screen. (I even had a cool plushie chainsaw to combat her, but she was too strong/violent for me!) In the end, I can be seen hiding behind Jennifer in the last pages of the flipbook LOL.
• After breaking the heel off my shoe, I literally squatted down right on the dance floor and took off my shoes. I sat with my legs up, so everyone probably could have seen my underwear if my friends hadn’t been blocking me. LOL. (Next time when I break a heel, I will try to be more lady-like! XD)

Overall, I had a very… enlightening experience at prom. Do I regret going? Not really. But, would I repeat the experience? Not in this lifetime.

[Oh, and I also saw Crystal there, but IT ISN’T LIKE THAT IS IMPORTANT OR ANYTHING. Considering. You know. SHE DIDN’T EVEN GREET ME WHEN SHE CAME. AND I HAD TO GO LOOK FOR HER MYSELF. Harrumph.]
